Summer Time

Well I am sure you all have been wondering what I have been up to this summer.  Well I have installed a swing outside of my house and I have been outside daily swinging on it.  Here is a pic.....

ok ok... I wish!!!  I wish I lived somewhere where I could swing outside everyday... but Vegas is just too HOT FOR ME!!!  It is making me miserable!  I haven't done too much this summer.... I just try to take the room mates to the park early in the morning before it gets too hot, and sometimes I will meet the boyfriend for date nights in various towns in between here and salt lake... but nothing too crazy..... SO..... I have decided to make up a fake summer story... one that reminds you of the good old days from when you were a kid!!!

So here goes.... THIS SUMMER HAS been AWESOME!!!  I have never had so much fun in my whole entire life!!!   I have been getting up early and riding my bike down to the park with my friends to play ball and look at all the cute boys!!!!  I have these super cute flower flip flops this summer that are super cute (you know the ones with the flower in between the toes).  This boy I like said they were cute... so I guess that means he likes me :)  I spend my whole day eating popsicles and deciding which friends house I am going to have a sleep over at tonight (tonight it is my house)  and my mom is going to order pizza and we are watching the Sandlot!!!!  Every weekend someone has been having a BBQ so I have been having so much potato salad it isn't even funny!!!!!  But I LOVE LOVE LOVE it that the neighborhood blockparties are back in session!!!  I hate it when its Winter and I feel like I don't see anyone for months!!  I love it that it feel ok to wear Red, White, and Blue all Summer long.  Oh by the way... Fourth of July WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!  The Fireworks were so beautiful and my crush since preschool, Eddy, kissed me under the fireworks.... super cute!!!!!  Oh by the way.... my TAN is looking great!!!!..... I haven't even been trying to work on it... I guess all the park BBQ's and lake events really to their tricks.  I am going to miss sitting on my wrap around front porch with my family, drinking lemonade, and listening to the crickets.  Fall is going to come way to soon!  Until then... I am going to go out an enjoy the rest of my summer!!!! 

Haha, ok maybe I might be crazy... but that made me smile.  Hopefully I will have a summer like that again, or atleast make my kids have a super fun summer like that!  In closing... I bought myself flowers the other day.... I think it is important for a young lady to have beautiful flowers around her.  These flowers were purple, and they were gorgeous.  They lasted an extremely long time compared to the other flowers I normally get, and when they started to look like they were dying I tore off their petals, put them in the bath and had a nice relaxing rose petal bubble bath night!  It was wonderful!
